This group may be appropriate if you experience:
You do not need to have every symptom on this list to benefit from the program.

Over the course of the program, you will learn how to:
The program draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and exposure-based approaches for panic and health anxiety.

Panic and health anxiety can feel isolating. It is easy to believe that no one else understands how convincing or frightening the symptoms feel.
Group therapy offers an opportunity to learn alongside people facing similar patterns. Participants can share strategies, practise new skills, encourage one another, and discover that they are not alone.
The group format also makes specialized therapy more accessible than weekly individual sessions.
The consultation allows us to discuss what you have been experiencing, answer your questions, and determine whether the group is an appropriate fit.
Receipts are provided for psychotherapy services. Coverage varies, so please confirm that your extended health plan covers services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist.

Adrian works primarily with adults experiencing panic attacks, health anxiety, social anxiety, trauma, and addictions.
His approach combines practical CBT-based strategies with compassionate, trauma-informed care. The goal is not simply to help you manage symptoms temporarily, but to understand the patterns maintaining your anxiety and develop a healthier relationship with fear and uncertainty.
No. A diagnosis is not required. Before enrolment, we will have a brief consultation to discuss your concerns and determine whether the program is suitable for you.
New, severe, or concerning physical symptoms should be appropriately assessed by a healthcare professional. Psychotherapy can address anxiety connected to physical sensations, but it does not replace medical assessment or emergency care.
You decide how much personal information you want to share. Participation and openness are encouraged, but you will not be pressured to disclose details before you feel ready.
Confidentiality expectations are reviewed with every participant. Group members agree not to share information about other participants outside the group.
The program uses rotating admission points rather than requiring every participant to wait for an entirely new group to begin. Your possible starting date will be discussed during your consultation.
The initial consultation will help us assess fit. If the group does not appear appropriate, we can discuss individual therapy or other treatment options.
You do not have to keep organizing your life around panic attacks, physical sensations, and the fear that something has been missed.
